Responsibilities

• Confidently discuss and close high-ticket retainers.
• Be available to work Central Time hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT).
• Present the firm’s legal services clearly and persuasively.
• Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth onboarding.
• Track leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM.
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals.
