National Debt Relief is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a remote US-wide role. You will consult with clients, enroll them in debt relief programs, and document conversations in Salesforce. The position offers uncapped commissions, with total first-year compensation around $85K and top earners up to $130K.

Flexible scheduling, evenings or weekends may be required; start date expected 11/6/2026. Prior remote experience is preferred and career growth is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s programs.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria as set by management.
• De-escalate stressful conversations with empathy and professionalism.
