Job summary

National Debt Relief is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a remote role across multiple states. You will consult with clients, enroll them into debt relief programs, and document interactions in Salesforce. Certification sponsorship and flexible schedules support work-life balance.

Base pay starts at $31,200 per year with uncapped commissions; first-year total compensation averages around $85,000, with top performers up to $130,000. Remote, no cold calling, ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent.
Sales experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Proven ability to remain effective and adjust in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM software.
Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team.
Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes.
Accurately recall and document call information, navigate multiple computer systems, and multitask effectively.
De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients, while applying constructive feedback.
