National Debt Relief is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a fully remote role across the US. You will consult and enroll clients into debt relief programs, documenting conversations in Salesforce, and pursuing IAPDA certification within the first year (sponsored).

The role emphasizes empathy, resilience, and strong communication, with uncapped commissions and a first-year total compensation around $85k on average, up to $130k for top performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Career-minded with a focus on long-term advancement in the organization.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s programs or options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; subject to change.
• Adhere to company and sales policies and procedures.
• Accurately recall and document call information; navigate multiple computer systems with multitasking.
• De-escalate situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and act on feedback.
