The position supports uncapped commissions with a first-year average around $85,000 and potential earnings up to $130K. The role requires 2+ years in a client-facing capacity or an associate's degree, strong communication, reliability, and comfort with evolving processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus and helps performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality essential.

Responsabilités

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management and adapt to changes.
