Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous remote work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs
• Document client discussions using Salesforce CRM
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (sponsored)
• Meet performance criteria set by management
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Accurately recall and document calls while multitasking across systems
• De-escalate stressed clients and apply feedback to improve performance
