Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service
• Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication
• Based in the Dominican Republic
• Availability to work in Central timezone (CST)

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects generated by the growth marketing team
• Meet daily and monthly sales activity goals and consistently close sales
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance processes and drive conversions
• Participate in regular training sessions, one-on-ones, and company-wide meetings
