Job summary

Advantage Design Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to focus full-time on securing new sales within a dynamic, competitor-light market. You’ll be trained to sell our unique solution, attend trade shows, and generate webinar leads from five to ten states.

The team provides demos and support as you ramp up, with strong growth potential toward Sales Manager. This role offers significant earnings through a base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and profit sharing,

Qualifications

• Must be capable of outbound prospecting to schedule demos.
• Ability to reach decision-makers via phone, email and social networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to secure product demos and close sales.
• Attend trade shows to fill the sales funnel across assigned states.
• Demo with ADG team initially, then progressively run demos solo.
