Job summary

mSupply is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeks an ISR to manage and grow relationships within an assigned customer base. You will respond to inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and provide product guidance to meet customer needs.

The role involves outbound calls, upselling opportunities, and accurate data entry, with emphasis on delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and basic computer systems.
• Aptitude for numerical operations and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and perform targeted outbound outreach.
• Process customer orders and provide product information.
• Resolve customer issues and upsell products and services.
• Maintain call logs and reports; track trends in customer calls.
• Coach customers on using computer systems to resolve problems.
• Coordinate with management on recurring customer trends.
