Job summary

Sila Services is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a part-time remote role focused on selling monthly and annual home service memberships to existing customers and warm leads. You will work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT, from a home office in Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah.

You will earn $18/hour plus uncapped commissions, with the potential to build recurring commissions from memberships sold. No cold calling, plus CRM-based activity tracking and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Phone sales experience required.
• CRM experience required.
• Strong phone presence and ability to close sales.
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
