Job summary

Sila Services is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a fully remote, part-time role. You must live in the Provo, UT area. Shifts 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT, Monday–Friday.

You'll sell monthly and annual memberships to existing customers and warm leads, with no cold calling. You'll receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission and the opportunity to earn recurring commissions. Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior phone sales experience is required.
• CRM experience is required.
• Strong phone presence and ability to close sales.
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work successfully from home.
• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.
• Must be available Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM MDT.
• Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah area.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads.
• Sell monthly and annual Sila Services memberships.
• Explain membership benefits and value.
• Build rapport, overcome objections and close sales.
• Follow up quickly and consistently with sales opportunities.
• Schedule free in-home sales consultations when appropriate.
• Document calls, sales and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Meet individual sales and membership goals.
