Job summary

Sila Services is hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives for a fully remote, part-time position. You must live in the Salt Lake City, UT area.

The role pays $18/hour with uncapped commissions and offers the opportunity to earn recurring commissions through monthly memberships. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads, selling memberships, explaining benefits, closing sales, and documenting activity in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous phone sales experience is required.
• CRM experience is required.
• Strong phone presence and ability to close sales.
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work from home.
• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.
• Available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT.
• Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah area.

Sila Services is hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote, part-time phone sales position focused on selling monthly and annual Sila Services home service memberships to existing customers and warm leads.

No cold calling.

You'll receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission, including the opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly membership sales.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Technology

We use Zoho CRM, ServiceTitan and Five9.

Experience with Zoho and/or ServiceTitan is preferred. Experience with Five9 is a big plus.

Compensation

• -$18/hour
• -Uncapped commission
• -Commission on membership sales
• -Opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly memberships
• -Additional commission opportunities for qualified sales appointments

Average performers have earned approximately $2,200 per month working part-time, with additional earning potential for strong performers.
