Job summary

Sila Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work part-time remotely from Utah, with hours 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT, Monday to Friday. The role pays $18/hour plus uncapped commissions and targets existing customers and warm leads to sell memberships.

Remote position requires a reliable home workspace, strong phone skills, CRM proficiency, and a track record of closing sales. Training and equipment are provided, including a laptop and monitor.

Inside Sales Representative – Part-Time Remote

$18/hour + Uncapped Commission
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT
Remote – Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, UT area

Sila Services is hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote, part-time phone sales position focused on selling monthly and annual Sila Services home service memberships to existing customers and warm leads.

No cold calling.

You’ll receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission , including the opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly membership sales.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads

• Sell monthly and annual Sila Services memberships

• Explain membership benefits and value

• Build rapport, overcome objections and close sales

• Follow up quickly and consistently with sales opportunities

• Schedule free in-home sales consultations when appropriate

• Document calls, sales and follow-up activity in our CRM

• Meet individual sales and membership goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous phone sales experience is required

• CRM experience is required

• Strong phone presence and ability to close sales

• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work successfully from home

• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace

• Must be available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT

• Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah area

Technology

We use Zoho CRM, ServiceTitan and Five9.

Experience with Zoho and/or ServiceTitan is preferred. Experience with Five9 is a big plus.

Compensation

• $18/hour

• Uncapped commission

• Commission on membership sales

• Opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly memberships

• Additional commission opportunities for qualified sales appointments

Average performers have earned approximately $2,200 per month working part-time** ,** with additional earning potential for strong performers.
