Responsibilities

• Promotes products and assists customers in utilizing company products or services by adequately assessing qualification and explaining benefits.
• Resolves customer concerns by providing information about products and services.
• Records customer information and maintains database by entering and verifying data.
• Ensures quality service by following policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Facilitates sales process by communicating with internal and external contacts.
• Completes and validates insurance benefits information.
• Provides customer followup as required.
• Contributes to department goals by tracking and reporting sales results.
