Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate small business owners in the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions. This 100% phone-based, remote role focuses on outbound outreach, quota attainment, and leveraging AI-guided tools within Salesforce to manage a growing client pipeline.

You will work a Central or Eastern time-zone schedule and be part of a supportive virtual team environment, with competitive base pay and uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with interest in sales/people-centric field.
• Able to make a high volume of outbound dials daily.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Salesforce.
• Work environment free of distractions; open to feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills and task prioritization.
• Must have current US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Educate, strategize and discuss Yelp advertising programs via outbound calls to business owners.
• Own and manage a pipeline of clients in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Leverage AI-guided pipeline tools to close more deals.
• Work from home on a Mon-Fri schedule with regional time-zone alignment.
• Provide quick, product-based recommendations to fit client needs and handle objections.
• Master close techniques to exceed monthly quotas.
• Navigate qualification-to-close process ensuring customer satisfaction and potential upsell.
• Track daily goals to ensure target results are met.
