Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a remote Customer Operations specialist to help customers protect their car and home assets with warmth and speed. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-driven environment that rewards customer care, product knowledge, and problem solving.

Role splits between sales and service, with compensation including hourly pay and uncapped commissions. Eligible employees enjoy full benefits, equity opportunities, and 100% remote work with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders who need something changed.
• Getting deep on the product and knowing which insurance fits each customer.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests - vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Making the product better by sharing feedback to ship improvements.
