Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support the lab’s client service and sales activities. The role coordinates RFPs, onboarding, leads, and new opportunities for municipal targets while maintaining strong customer relations.

The position offers full-time exempt status, with a remote option, typical 9am–5pm hours, and a compensation range of $65,000–$75,000 per year, DOE. Benefits include robust medical, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field.
• 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFP submittal and manage contract documents.
• Onboard new customers and direct new leads.
• Maintain CRM database and account details; track activities.
• Quote, take orders, and follow up on invoices and A/R issues.
• Provide superior customer service and assist with logistics scheduling.
• Act as liaison between labs, sales, and clients to fulfill requests.
