Job summary

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Indiana. The role supports the outside sales team by coordinating RFPs, onboarding new clients, and generating leads for municipal targets.

You will manage accounts through the full sales cycle, quote and process orders, and ensure timely invoicing and AR follow-up. Remote work is possible for this full-time exempt position with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the laboratory’s primary point of contact for client service and/or sales activities.
• Coordinate RFP submittal and manage contract documents.
• Onboard customers and direct new leads or RFP notices.
• Generate and manage opportunities for medium/small municipal targets.
• Maintain CRM with account details and contact history.
• Quote, take orders, and follow up on invoices and AR issues.
• Support outside sales with bids and lead management.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.
• Communicate scheduling and logistics to clients and labs.
