Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to guide prospective clients through debt relief options. You will enroll qualified clients in programs, document discussions in Salesforce, and complete IAPDA certification.

This remote role supports diverse states with flexible schedules and uncapped commissions. Base pay starts at $31,200 annually, with bonuses and commissions bringing first-year earnings to about $85,000; top earners around $130K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus and remote work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management and adapt to changes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Recall and document call information across multiple systems; multitask.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathy and openness to feedback.
