Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to empower clients on their debt relief journey. This remote role eliminates cold calling and offers flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

You will consult with prospective clients, enroll them in our programs, document conversations in Salesforce, and pursue earnings up to six figures with uncapped commissions. Training and IAPDA certification are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Career-minded with a focus on long-term advancement within the organization.
• Proven ability to remain effective and adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce.
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures.
• Accurately recall and document call information across multiple computer systems.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathetic support and apply feedback.
