The position supports remote work across multiple states, with varied schedules and a start date around 11/20/2026. Base pay starts at $31,200 annually, with uncapped commissions and bonuses that can bring first-year total to about $85,000,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; criteria may change.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and any updates.
• Recall and document call information; navigate multiple computer systems; multitask efficiently.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathy and apply feedback to improve performance.
