Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to consult and enroll clients into our debt relief programs. You will document conversations in Salesforce and pursue performance goals in a remote, flexible schedule.

Company-sponsored IAPDA certification is provided within the first year; top performers earn substantial commissions and advance within the organization. Prior remote work experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous remote work experience preferred.
• Punctual and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures.
• Accurately recall and document call information across computer systems.
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients.
