D5 Capital is seeking an Inside Sales Rep/Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments from inbound and outbound leads. This remote role is within Colorado and requires a quiet home workspace. You will feed the outside sales team with high-quality demos and operate across all U.S. time zones with various weekly schedules.

Expect a fast ramp, clear standards, and real upside with performance-based compensation. Weekend availability is required, and you provide your own computer to start.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of phone sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center experience preferred.
• High energy on the phone and a hunter mentality for leads.
• Strong objection handling with scripts and adaptiveness.
• Money motivation and urgency to act on leads.
• Coachable, disciplined, and able to log activity accurately.
• Professionalism whether in-office or remote.
• Experience with CRM tools, softphones, calendar systems, and AI texting.

Responsabilidades

• Work inbound leads, call-ins, aged leads, and rehash campaigns daily.
• Convert inquiries into qualified, confirmed appointments.
• Respond quickly to new leads for speed-to-lead.
• Handle objections and keep conversations on track.
• Maintain clean CRM records and follow up on opportunities.
• Meet daily activity metrics: dials, appointments, talk time, show rate.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoffs and high show rates.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and process improvements.
• Track performance against key metrics and speed to lead.
