Job description

The Inside Sales Representative manages customer territories, accounts, and contracts in a customer-facing inside-sales capacity. • Manage contract-related activities, including renewal support, customer follow-up, documentation, and coordination of next steps.
  • Support quoting and sales administration activities, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and delivered to customers promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems, including Salesforce when applicable.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook to organize account activity, communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, and track follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer needs, coordinate account activities, and support sales objectives.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while contributing to a small, collaborative team environment focused on mutual learning and growth.
  • Adapt to complex products, systems, customer requirements, and changing priorities while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining professional, responsive, and relationship-focused customer interactions.
