Job summary

DSI Systems Inc., the nation’s largest home services distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Manager for the North Texas Region. You will manage authorized retailers, support dealer business needs, and drive activations across all verticals.

This office-based or remote role requires minor travel to company events. You will set and pursue weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, analyze performance, and collaborate with credit and accounting to place orders and process RAs as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with dealers or channel partners.
• Ability to set and exceed sales and activation targets.
• Strong relationship-building with dealers and vendor partners.
• Experience in subscription-based services and marketing tactics.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Represent DSI to dealer base and build key relationships with vendor partners.
• Network with existing dealers and introduce them to new business opportunities.
• Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and consistently measure performance.
• Exceed goals in sales and activation targets.
• Maintain dealer pipeline, onboarding status, and activity.
• Provide onboarding and training support to dealers and ensure a successful launch.
• Push to get new dealers active and coordinate with credit and accounting.
• Place orders for equipment and process RAs.
