Job summary

DSI Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Manager for the North Texas region. The ISM will manage authorized retailers, support dealer needs, and drive activations across all verticals, with a focus on growing the territory through existing accounts and new dealer acquisitions.

This position can be office-based or remote, with occasional travel to company events. The role requires strong sales leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in driving dealer performance

Qualifications

• Sales professional with strong background and proven track record.
• Dynamic, highly motivated individual with integrity and drive.
• Prompt, strategic, organized, effective time management, goal-oriented.
• Ability to understand competition and position dealers to succeed.
• Experience with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing.
• Knowledge of Video, Broadband, Wireless, and Security industries.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent DSI to dealer base and build relationships with vendor partners.
• Network with existing dealers and introduce new business opportunities.
• Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and measure performance.
• Exceed sales and activation targets.
• Measure progress weekly with market conditions and dealer performance.
• Maintain new dealer pipeline, contact activity, and onboarding status.
• Provide onboarding and training support to dealers and ensure successful launches.
• Push to get new dealers active.
• Work with credit and accounting department.
• Place orders for equipment and process RAs.
• Execute other company initiatives through the dealer base.
