Job summary

Catalent is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join a team supporting micronization and inhalation development and manufacturing solutions. This home-based position involves early customer engagement, lead qualification, and collaboration with Business Development and Technical Experts to move opportunities forward.

Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences background with 2+ years in life sciences or a customer-facing sales role, strong consultative communication, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in life sciences, inside sales, business development, marketing, customer success, or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong consultative communication, organization, research, CRM, and AI skills; ability to engage scientific and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and conduct targeted outbound prospecting.
• Engage scientific, technical, and business contacts to understand the molecule, dosage form, development stage, and target particle profile.
• Qualify leads and convert appropriate ones into opportunities with a timely handoff to Business Development.
• Build and maintain pipeline via campaigns, conferences, referrals, digital channels, and focused outreach to priority accounts.
