• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Two+ years in life sciences, inside sales, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong consultative communication, organization, CRM, and AI skills for engaging scientific and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect across pharma accounts.
• Engage scientific, technical, and business contacts to understand development needs.
• Assess fit by linking customer requirements to capabilities across micronization and formulation.
• Qualify leads and hand off to Business Development with clear discovery notes.
• Build pipeline through campaigns, referrals, and targeted outreach.
