Sales Director and serving as the primary contact for agency sales needs within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will reside in WA, OR, ID, MT, or UT, work Pacific Time hours, and coordinate closely with agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, insurance, or related field.
• Two or more years of insurance sales or agency relationship experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual, fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies to grow and retain a defined portfolio of agency relationships across Personal, Farm, and Commercial Lines.
• Owns a virtual territory and builds annual plans against targets for new business, retention, and profitability.
• Conducts agency diagnostics and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and consults with agency principals on business plans.
• Onboards new agencies and trains on products, rating, and automation tools.
• Designs onboarding and training curricula for newly appointed agencies on products, underwriting appetite, rating platforms, and tools.
• Tracks training completion and early production ramp, addressing gaps with leaders.
• Partners with Learning & Development, Product, and Marketing to maintain training materials and playbooks.
• Maintains relationships with agency staff to drive engagement and loyalty.
• Cross-sells across lines and explores book transfers within agency relationships.
• Represents the brand and value proposition to agency partners in all interactions.
