Paychex Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Inside Sales Representative to prospect remotely and manage the full sales cycle from within our Insurance Inside Sales Hub.

You will engage clients via phone, email and virtual channels, qualify opportunities, present Paychex solutions, and drive quota attainment while supporting licensing requirements across states. This role offers licensing support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales.
• Eligible for state insurance licensing in all 50 states or licensing within 90 days of start.
• Proficient in virtual sales and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing to meet quota.
• Identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Schedule appointments to generate referrals and manage outbound prospecting.
• Conduct needs analysis to provide insurance and benefits solutions.
• Track activities and forecasts using technology tools.
• Support underwriting data and close sales; travel to conferences as needed.
