Storage Scholars offers a part-time internship as an Inbound Sales Specialist, fully remote. You will guide customers through move-in/move-out solutions, provide service estimates, and promote upgrades. The role emphasizes consultative selling and customer-first experience within a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities include handling inbound leads, following up with existing customers, and assisting with our online portal orders, with peak-season flexibility and potential for growth.

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
