Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make 150 or more outbound calls per day using company-provided lead lists.
• Deliver scripted and consultative sales presentations over the phone.
• Educate members on supplemental Life and Health insurance products.

Skills

High-volume outbound sales experience

Strong communication skills

Objection-handling skills

Technical proficiency with CRM tools

Education

Active Life and Health insurance license preferred

Two or more years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience
