Job summary

Agilix Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional for our Jackson, TN team. In this full-time role, you will support customers in Jackson, TN and Glen, MS, handling quotes, order entry, product support, and customer service across electrical, industrial, MRO, automation, and construction product lines.

You will work with OEMs, system integrators, contractors, and industrial customers, promoting products, upselling where appropriate, and collaborating with the branch manager to

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience in electrical distribution or related industries.
• Knowledge of electrical products, industrial supplies, and MRO solutions preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and quick response time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotations, order entry, and technical product support.
• Drive sales growth with OEMs, system integrators, and contractors.
• Assist customers with electrical, industrial, MRO, automation, and construction products.
• Maintain knowledge across product categories and expand expertise.
• Handle daily inquiries via calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and Warehouse to fulfill orders.
