Job summary

Treatt North America is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Lakeland, Florida. You will manage inbound sales opportunities, develop smaller customer relationships, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to support orders and samples, while guiding customers from initial inquiry to eventual transition to a Sales Executive.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, supply chain, logistics, food science, or related field.
• Three or more years of inside sales, customer operations, or related B2B roles within manufacturing or specialty ingredients.
• Experience in natural extracts, flavors, fragrances, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial commercial contact for inbound inquiries and new and emerging customer accounts.
• Qualify customer needs and introduce Treatt natural extracts, flavor ingredients, fragrance ingredients, and related product capabilities.
• Develop smaller customer accounts by building relationships, supporting product and sample activity, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day matters involving inventory, production timing, order status, transportation, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, sample, and order information in JD Edwards, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Prepare research and reports to support product expansion with existing customers and development of new relationships.
