Treatt USA in Lakeland, Florida, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow the North America natural extracts and flavor/fragrance ingredients business. You will manage inbound inquiries, introduce Treatt products, support samples and orders, and nurture smaller accounts toward advancement to a Sales Executive.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production, Logistics, Regulatory, and R&D/Laboratory to ensure smooth customer

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, supply chain, logistics, food science, or a related field.
• Three or more years in inside sales, customer operations, commercial support, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or order management.
• Experience in natural extracts, flavors, fragrances, food or beverage ingredients, or related industries is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the initial commercial contact for inbound inquiries and new customer accounts.
• Qualify customer needs and introduce Treatt products and capabilities.
• Develop smaller customer accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in JD Edwards, Salesforce, and other systems.
