Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify and qualify leads and close sales.
• Experience with CRM tools and maintaining detailed activity records.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods and platforms.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls (75 to 100 per day) to local and regional businesses.
• Qualify leads, assess potential, and create urgency to close sales.
• Build relationships with prospects and present advertising solutions tailored to their needs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity in Salesforce.
• Manage sales pipelines and achieve daily/weekly goals.
• Process accurate sales orders and ensure ad content is delivered seamlessly.
• Collect and submit customer payments.
• Stay informed about promotions, deadlines, and industry trends.
• Work independently in a fast-paced sales environment to exceed targets.
