Job summary

Guga It Services is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to engage customers registered on our online portal, understand their requirements, and demonstrate our software to promote portal features. This home-based role uses phone, email, and WhatsApp to reach clients primarily in India.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Hindi, with 1-5 years in tele-sales or SaaS sales, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of work experience in sales or tele-sales roles.
• Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, inside sales, or SaaS sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Call and email registered customers to understand their business needs.
• Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
• Convince customers to complete the sale/subscription process.
• Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
• Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
