Alera Group, Inc. is seeking an Employee Benefits - Inside Sales Executive to deliver proactive client service and thoughtful benefits strategy for our clients and employees.

The role emphasizes a high-touch experience, collaboration with internal teams, and ensuring benefits programs are administered accurately and in compliance. The position supports a broad range of benefits services with a hybrid work model and a remote option aligned to PST time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance employee benefits or related client service environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive in pre sale and post sale new business activities
• Collaborate with brokers carriers and underwriting partners to deliver effective solutions
• Act as liaison between broker and underwriting teams to ensure timely communication and resolution
• Contribute to broker relationship management and identify opportunities for growth
• Review qualify and process new case submissions ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Organize enrollment documents reconcile wage reports and prepare submission materials
• Maintain tracking logs and monitor all new group submissions
• Verify broker appointments and coordinate documentation requirements
• Prepare employer applications forms and related materials for new business cases
• Support COBRA POP and benefit modification processing
• Ensure all activities are documented and completed in a timely and accurate manner
