Hear.com US is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant for a remote role. You will engage customers who want to hear from you, guide them through a 45-day hearing trial, and drive 22+ net sales each month through consultative selling.

Expect about 70% of your day on calls and chats with prospects, with 8-hour shifts between 8AM–8PM MT and rotating weekends. The position offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401K with company contributions, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results.
• Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the 45-day hearing trial and ensure a smooth journey.
• Close 22+ net sales per month through consultative selling.
• Spend at least 70% of your day in conversation with customers who asked to hear from you.
