Job summary

Hear.com US is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join a fully remote team. You’ll spend most days speaking with customers who asked to hear from you, guiding them through the hearing journey and closing empathetic solutions.

You will drive 22+ net sales per month through consultative selling, while coordinating the 45-day trial process and ensuring a positive experience for new customers. This role offers a remote-friendly schedule and collaborative culture.

Close 22+ net sales monthly through consultative selling.

Guide each customer through their 45-day trial and make their hearing journey smooth and positive.

3+ years of inside sales experience with strong closing results.

• Tech confident with CRMs, especially Salesforce.


• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.

8-hour shifts between 8AM – 8PM MT, with rotating weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday), 5-day workweeks.
