Jobster LLC is seeking talented Inside Sales Representatives for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will sell education and professional certification programs to prospective students, focusing on outbound close and discovery conversations.

You will own the sale from discovery to enrollment, with a fast 1–2 touchpoint cycle, and you’ll log CRM notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for follow-up. OTE around $100,000 in year one, with a base+commission structure and remote-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outbound B2C phone sales experience.
• At least 1 year tenure in current role.
• Proven quota and KPI history in short-cycle, transactional sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Remote work requires self-management and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and conduct outbound follow-up.
• Close enrollment quickly; 1–2 touchpoints typical.
• Build rapport and address concerns during discovery-led conversations.
