ReminderMedia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Closer) who will work remotely in a high-performance sales environment. This role involves high-volume outbound calls, engaging prospects, and closing sales, often in just a couple of conversations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–7 years of experience in a KPI-driven sales environment and be fluent in English. The compensation package includes a base salary with uncapped commission, totaling between $65,000 and $125,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 1–7 years of high-volume, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven history of closing deals.
• Professional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience participating in active sales coaching and call review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls using provided leads to engage prospects and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure a clean sales pipeline.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs, including dials, talk time, contacts, and closes.
