Jabra Hearing is hiring a Sales Associate for our Inside Sales team. Based remotely in the United States, you’ll handle inbound/outbound leads, educate customers on hearing solutions, and guide them toward confident purchases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, scheduled consultations, emails, and outbound outreach.
• Engage with high-intent prospects and guide them to appropriate hearing solutions.
• Build and advance the sales pipeline from outreach to closing.
• Stay informed on product features and updates as the lineup evolves.
• Use Salesforce and internal tools to track tasks and customer records.
