Job summary

National Real Estate Management Group is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Agent to drive acquisitions and dispositions of investment property and to serve as a subject matter expert in real estate investments.

The role requires active involvement in client consultations, contract discussions, and fiduciary service from initial contact through closing, with a focus on timely, high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Current real estate agent/broker license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in the real estate investment market.
• Able to work 3 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 12 pm on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text.
• Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.
• Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.
• Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate.
• Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
• Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.
• Cold Calling
