Job summary

Kemper Auto is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and grow agency partnerships across multiple remote locations. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, meet quotes and production goals, and act as the brand ambassador to agents and brokers.

Role requires clear communication, discipline, and self-motivation; travel to agencies may be required. A discretionary bonus opportunity is available based on performance and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and agency relationship management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret data from reports and act on insights.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong agency relationships and guide agents to achieve sales quotas and objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals and identify new opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between agency and company to resolve issues impacting growth.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to reach team goals.
• Lead onboarding and training to ensure product understanding and quote adoption.
• Participate in strategy meetings with Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel to visit key relationships.
