Job summary

Hazelett Corporation is a global leader in continuous metal casting technology. We seek an Account Representative to join our Inside Sales team, building relationships with customers and supporting quotations through delivery.

You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics to ensure exceptional service and a seamless experience, with training at HQ in Colchester, Vermont and some travel.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or related function preferred.
• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate freight quotations, bookings, customs documentation, and delivery logistics.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support business growth and recommend products or services.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure orders are executed efficiently.
• Establish pricing within company guidelines.
• Support Hazelett global subsidiaries and other projects as assigned.
