Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is seeking a District Parts and Service Specialist to support a portfolio of small to mid-sized dealers from a remote location.

You will drive dealer engagement, help reinforce parts and service programs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance. In this role you will coach dealers on processes, align priorities with district managers, and use internal systems to identify trends.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage dealers via phone, virtual platforms, and written follow-up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems; learn internal reporting, case management, and service tools.
• Experience in dealer support, customer support, or parts/service operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside parts and service contact for an assigned dealer portfolio with outbound outreach and virtual support.
• Identify dealer needs, gaps, and performance opportunities; escalate to field or internal resources when needed.
• Coordinate with District Sales Managers to align follow-up and priorities for the portfolio.
• Reinforce parts and service programs, promotions, and dealer communications for consistent execution.
• Coach dealers on parts/service processes and connect them to training resources and internal experts.
