Job summary

Doosan Bobcat, based in West Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a Dealer Support Coordinator contractor for a six-month assignment through a third-party vendor. You will be the primary contact for Bobcat dealers, handling sales, parts, order processing, and inquiries with a focus on accurate, timely service.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, CRM proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 0-2 years in a similar role is typical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, order processing software, and relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Travel requirement: Less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, delivering timely and precise support.
• Manage and streamline order processing for dealers, including order entry, monitoring, and modifications.
• Stay updated on new systems, product launches, and updates to effectively assist dealers.
• Facilitate clear communication between dealers and internal departments, ensuring timely information dissemination.
• Identify and analyze dealer issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend staff/department meetings and align with internal/external counterparts.
• Coordinate logistics with internal and external teams regarding shipment delays or missing products.
• Document calls and emails in Salesforce for future reference and metrics collection.
• Perform other related or similar duties as assigned.
