Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a remote Medical Coder to review inpatient and outpatient records for accurate coding. You will support multiple facilities within a large healthcare network, ensuring high-quality coding and timely denials management.

Responsibilities include assigning and sequencing ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS Level II codes, with a goal of 95% accuracy. Active RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCS-P/CPC/CPC-H credentials and at least two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H credential is required.
• At least two years of coding experience and ability to work remotely in the US.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient and outpatient health records for accurate coding.
• Assign and sequence ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS Level II codes.
• Maintain 95% coding accuracy and complete re-reviews and denials.
• Support multiple medical facilities within a large healthcare network.
