Job summary

Ensource, a leader in professional credit and medical coding services, is hiring remote inpatient coders in the United States. You will review inpatient hospital records, apply ICD-10-PCS coding, and collaborate with team leaders to meet client needs.

Applicants must hold CCS/RHIA/RHIT or CPC credentials and have 3+ years inpatient coding experience, with Epic knowledge being a plus. Remote role with flexible schedules and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CCS, RHIA, RHIT through AHIMA or CPC through AAPC coding credentials are required.
• 3+ years of inpatient facility coding experience.
• 3+ years ICD-10-PCS coding experience.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient hospital medical records and code accurately.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with inpatient coders and managers to support client needs.
• Maintain active coding certifications and continuing education.
